Riviera head scarf
The Riviera head scarf is a romantic way to tie a large silk scarf on your head with a subtle side detail.
What you will need
- a large square silk scarf
- a mirror
Step-by-step instructions
- Fold the scarf. Fold the scarf so the pattern you want to show will face outwards once it is tied.
- Place the scarf on your head. Place it over your head and adjust the front edge at your forehead.
- Tilt your head forwards. With your head tilted forwards, take hold of the scarf at the nape of your neck with both hands.
- Pull the scarf snug. Pull the ends firmly and evenly at the nape of your neck.
- Adjust the finished look. Straighten up and smooth the scarf at the sides and around your forehead.
Tip
Hold the scarf firmly as you tighten it, but adjust it around your forehead and ears so it does not press.
